On July 25th, Guangzhou Municipal Garden Engineering Management Center began to invite bids for the procurement of street lamps and related services for the second phase of township streetlight construction. It is reported that in 2012, Guangzhou will install 60,000 LED street lights in rural areas of 23 towns and streets in Huadu, Conghua, Zengcheng and Baiyun.
The project was officially launched in April 2011. As of June 15, 2012, the first phase of the project was completed and accepted, and 55,000 street lamps were installed in rural areas such as Zengcheng, Conghua, Huadu and Baiyun. According to the bidding documents, the second phase of the project will purchase about 60,000 sets of complete lighting equipment and related services including LED street lights, solar LED street lights and wall lights.
The Guangzhou Construction Committee said that the streetlights planned to be installed will cost more than RMB 500 million. It is different from the first phase of large-scale solar streetlights. In the current period, conventional LED street lights will be used. It is expected that the street lights will be installed by the end of the year. The “Village Lane Lights†project will be completed.
A battery charging contact consists of a base plate, which is installed on the floor or laterally at a bracket adjacent of the AGV runway, and a current collector which is installed on the vehicle.
A Battery Charger supplies current to the base plate. Once the AGV is in charging position and the collector has made contact with the base plate, the AGV computer turns on the current.
The base plate has chamfered entry/exit ramps to facilitate smooth drive-on/drive-off of the spring loaded collector.
