In the third quarter of 2015, the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision organized the provincial supervision and spot check on the quality of LED lighting products. This time, a total of 12 batches of products produced by 12 enterprises in the province were randomly selected, according to GB7000.201-2008 "Lamps Part 2-1: Special Requirements Fixed General Lamps", GB7000.202-2008 "Lamps 2-2 Part: Special requirements for recessed luminaires, GB7000.1-2007 "Lamps Part 1: General requirements and tests", GB17743-2007 "Limitations and measurement methods for radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment", GB17625.1 -2012 "Electromagnetic compatibility limit harmonic current emission limit (equipment input current per phase ≤ 16A)", GB7000.204-2008 "Lamps Part 2-4: Special requirements for portable general-purpose lamps" standard requirements, LED lamp product structure (truck), external wiring (power connection), external wiring (cross-sectional area), internal wiring (cross-sectional area), protection against electric shock, durability test, heat resistance, fire resistance, power terminal disturbance voltage The harmonic current limit was tested in 10 items.
The spot check found that one batch of products of one enterprise did not meet the requirements of relevant standards, and the sampling pass rate of the products was 91.67%. A batch of "Xuanpu" fixed LED lamps produced by Shandong Foguang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. was found to be unqualified for the power terminal disturbance voltage project.
