Nanjing mass production linear OLED lighting production line

On August 27th, China's first linear OLED lighting production line began mass production in Nanjing. It is reported that this is a production line tailored for Nanjing Disheng Organic Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and the world's first production line capable of producing three-layer luminous body structure OLED lighting panels. At present, the production line has developed the world's highest luminous efficiency OLED lighting panels.

In November 2010, OLED lighting technology experts from the original US Kodak introduced this world-leading technology to Nanjing, and established Dijon Organic Optoelectronics in Ning to engage in the R&D, production, design, and sales of OLED lighting panels and lighting products. After nearly three years of efforts, the company now has the world's leading OLED lighting research and development laboratories, pilot-scale amplification lines and the first linear OLED lighting production line in China and the world with a production capacity of 20,000 square meters.

Dr. Tian Yuansheng, President and Technical Director of Dijon Organic Optoelectronics, said that thanks to these two core technologies, the company developed a phosphor-phosphor hybrid OLED lighting panel with an external light extraction efficiency of 67.61 lumens per watt and an internal light extraction efficiency of 111.71 lumens per watt. Watts, not only the color coordinates and color rendering index in line with the United States Energy Star standards, and performance far more than Philips, Panasonic light and other companies developed the world's similar devices.

It is reported that the company has applied for 62 patents, built China's first "OLED green lighting demonstration base" in Nanjing, and cooperated with famous domestic industrial design companies to design and develop dozens of OLED lighting products.
