Disassembling the back cover and extracting the circuit board have visually found that the two electrolytic capacitors have a bulging phenomenon. According to past experience, the output voltage of the power supply is usually too high.
Using the multimeter resistance file, the output part of the road measurement line has been short-circuited, and the appearance of the observation block and the accompanying sound amplifier block is not obviously exploded, and it seems that the fault is not too large.
Disconnect the C-pole of the row tube from the circuit board, and the +B is no longer short-circuited to the ground, confirming that the breakdown of the tube Q302 (D5023) is damaged. Replace this piece and replace the C616 (100UF/160V) and C618 (1000UF/16V) that have been drummed. . Since the +B short circuit has burned the current limiting resistor R624, it has been replaced after detection!
Because the power indicator of this machine can be on, it means that the switching power supply can start the output voltage, but the voltage is not normal. According to the experience, directly replace the C609 and C610 (47UF/50V) electrolytic capacitors in the power supply part. Disconnect the line output part of the power test machine, +B 115V, the voltage is normal! !
Restore the line output part of the circuit, restart the raster appears! Connected to the signal source, the picture sound effect is good.
