**Instructions for Use:**
1. Before starting the machine, ensure the speed control knob is turned to the minimum position.
2. Load the test bottles carefully:
- Distribute them evenly to avoid imbalance.
- Ensure there is enough liquid inside to prevent floating.
- Seal the bottle mouths tightly to prevent condensation from entering.
3. Turn on the external power supply and switch the power to “ON.†The indicator light should illuminate.
4. Set the desired temperature:
- Press the SET button to enter the temperature adjustment mode.
- Use the â–³ or â–½ buttons to increase or decrease the temperature setting.
- Press SET again to confirm the new temperature.
5. Correct sensor errors (if needed):
- Hold the SET button for 3 seconds to access the internal menu.
- Navigate to parameter SC and adjust the value using â–³ or â–½.
- The correction range is +50 to -50. After adjusting, press SET again to exit.
- Note: The default correction value is 0 upon shipment.
6. Perform self-tuning if necessary:
- Access the internal menu by holding the SET button for 3 seconds.
- Select parameter At and use â–³ or â–½ to initiate auto-tuning.
- When the At indicator light turns off, the process is complete.
7. The maximum operating temperature should not exceed 40°C. Once the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop.
8. Gradually increase the speed by turning the speed control knob to the desired level.
9. Always turn off all switches and disconnect the power before stopping the machine.
10. If the machine is not used for an extended period, clean it thoroughly.
11. Regular maintenance is essential to keep the machine in optimal condition. This includes checking for dirt, water quality, fuses, and fastening screws every three months.
12. The transmission bearings are pre-lubricated with No. 1 calcium-sodium base grease. Reapply grease every six months, filling approximately one-third of the bearing space.
13. Over time, natural wear is expected. If after one year, you notice any issues such as unusual motor noise, worn bearings, loose or cracked belts, abnormal heating, or faulty electronic components, our team will provide continued support and assistance.
