Internet + pushes industrial robots to the artificial high ground

In recent years, the concept of "Internet +" has become a hot topic, gaining widespread application across various industries. It not only enhances the development of the Internet of Things but is also driving the industrial robot sector to rapidly capture market share and boost the growth of China's robotics industry. At this year’s “Internet +” Expo, the HSR-BR6 double-rotor series robots, developed by the Foshan Intelligent Equipment Technology Research Institute, made a strong impression. These robots introduce a groundbreaking concept: internal and external rotation. This innovative design breaks away from traditional robotic structures by incorporating an internal rotation system, allowing for high-speed workpiece turning within a compact base area. The small footprint makes them suitable for applications such as handling, welding, spraying, and assembly. This double-rotor robot represents a structural breakthrough, with its control system also upgraded to match the new design. After developing a prototype in May, the team optimized the control algorithm through extensive testing over two months. The product was officially launched in August and has already gained popularity in logistics sorting and stamping industries. In addition to the HSR-BR6 series, the Foshan Intelligent Equipment Technology Research Institute and Foshan Hua Number, Xiaoxiong Electric collaborated to create a “Made in China 2025” production demonstration line. This fully automated line integrates robotics, software, big data, and more, offering a comprehensive solution for smart manufacturing. Connected to a cloud platform, the system allows real-time monitoring of device access, operational efficiency, OEE analysis, robot health, and performance optimization. This enables full visibility into workshop operations, promoting informationization, process visualization, and intelligent decision-making. The customized production line, spanning 36 meters, requires only 8 staff members, boosting efficiency by about 50% compared to the previous setup. With a domestic equipment rate of nearly 90%, the line features robots, control systems, and simulation software jointly developed by the institute and Hua Number. Huashan Foshan Company achieved annual sales equivalent to the previous year in just the first half of this year. Since the company’s launch in Foshan in 2015, annual sales have doubled each year. Looking at market trends, I remain optimistic about the future of the robotics industry. Globally, the industrial robot market has grown at an average of 15% per year, reaching $13.2 billion in 2016. China has been the fastest-growing market, with a 28% annual growth rate over the past five years. Many companies are now focusing on industrial upgrades, using automation to increase efficiency and gradually recognizing the value of robotics. The industrial robot market will continue to expand. Beyond traditional robots, lightweight and interactive robots are emerging as a major trend. Collaborative robots, positioned between industrial and service robots, offer high flexibility and interactivity. As materials, manufacturing, and craftsmanship advance, robots will become smarter and safer, with more biometric features. Examples include KUKA’s LBR iiwa, ABB’s YuMi, and FANUC’s CR-7iA. Artificial intelligence is also accelerating the evolution of robots. AI technologies like deep learning, perception, and neural networks are being integrated into robotic systems, making future robots more intelligent and capable. The internet is essential for robots to achieve greater intelligence. In my view, “Internet +” is a mindset—essentially the industrial internet. It connects people to robots, robots to other robots, and robots to devices. Only through connectivity can robot data be shared, leading to true intelligence. At the core of “Internet +” is data. To collect robot data, additional sensors like image processing, 3D vision, and voice interaction are necessary. These enhancements will allow robots to interact more effectively and open up new application scenarios. Today, robots are becoming a key battleground for enterprises, attracting significant investment. Companies must focus on creating quality products and earning market trust through innovation. The industry needs clear standards and guidelines to foster a fairer competitive environment. Ultimately, the core of “Internet + Robot” lies in the robot itself. We and our partners will continue to focus on R&D, manufacturing, and service, meeting the needs of enterprises during their transformation and helping to drive the growth of China’s robotics industry.

RF Coaxial Cables

The physical structure of L. SYV is 100% polyethylene insulation; Sywv# for physical foam polyethylene insulated cable, foaming rate of 70-80%; L. Due to the dielectric loss, the attenuation of SYV solid cable is significantly greater than that of SYWV physical foam cable; Among the commonly used engineering cables, the physical foam cable is still the best transmission performance, the lowest price of the cable, in video, radio frequency, microwave and other bands are so. The test data given by the manufacturer also shows this; L) Library coaxial cable can be used for DC, RF and microwave frequency bands. Differentiating cables by "RF"/" video "is not only insufficient, but also misleading: it seems that solid cables must or can only be selected for video transmission. ; From an engineering perspective, it is more practical to distinguish between "solid" and "foam" cable types; L The characteristic difference between high braided (128) and low braided (64) cables: Yi Aiyi laboratory experimental research shows that in the following frequency band of 200 KHZ, the "low resistance" of high braided cables plays an important role in the shielding layer, so the low frequency transmission attenuation is less than that of low braided cables. However, in the video, RF and microwave frequencies above 200-300 KHZ, the high braided cable has lost the advantage of "low resistance" due to the "high frequency skin effect", so the two high frequency attenuation cables are basically the same.
