Taiwanese supply chain manufacturers revealed that in order to improve the quality of the third-generation ultrabook touch screen, Intel has recommended three suppliers of touchscreen solutions to ultrabook manufacturers and related ODM foundries, which are Cambrios Technologies, FlatFrog and UniPixel.
Among them, Cambrios Technologies has obtained investment from Samsung Electronics, and its ClearOhm coating material has better conductivity and lower cost than indium tin oxide (ITO) film. FlatFrog based in Sweden has several unique touch screen technologies.
