LED Taiwanese manufacturers Ronda (3698), Yuyuan (3061), and Hongqi (6168) have recently recruited talents while expanding new plants.
Ronda expects to release 1,300 jobs in the second half of 2010. At present, there are about 1,600 employees in Ronda, and the manpower will grow nearly twice. The recruitment of jobs includes 300 jobs, including marketing, R&D and finance. And 1,000 online operator positions. Ronda stressed that it hopes to recruit talents related to R&D and marketing in the lighting field.
In terms of Yuanyuan, the company’s manpower gap is quite large. At present, the Chinese factory has already recruited talents, but Taiwan is still quite lacking in a large number of operators.
Hong Qi is expected to recruit 50-60 talents in response to the newly added capacity from the second half of 2010 to 2011.
