At the end of last year, the Korean Intellectual Property Magistrates' Court has dismissed AOT and ITSWELL's claims to invalidate the patent production rights of Seoul Semiconductor White LED. However, AOT and ITSWELL refused to accept the judgment of the magistrates' court and appealed to the Korean Patent Court. The judgment of the Korean Patent Court on October 11 just established the patent production rights of Seoul Semiconductor White LED in Korea.
