Selection of compact pressure transmitters

To make a good selection of compact pressure transmitters, several parameters need to be known: 1. pressure range; 2. use temperature range; 3. medium to be measured; 4. measurement accuracy; 5. output signal; , interface size, etc.

Pressure range, which is the minimum pressure and maximum pressure difference to be measured. The general pressure transmitter has 1.5 times the overload capacity.

Operating temperature range, minimum operating temperature and maximum operating temperature. Generally -20 to 80°C. If the temperature is high, additional cooling measures must be taken.

The medium to be measured, with different measured media, requires different pressure transmitters. Such as acid and alkali resistance, ceramic sensors are better. Shell acid and alkali resistance.

Measurement accuracy, general use occasions, 0.5% more accurate. If the measurement is required to be more accurate, 0.2%, or 0.1% of the measurement accuracy may be required.

The output signal is what signal the relevant secondary instrument can accept. Most use 4 ~ 20mA, there are other 0-5V, 0-10V or 0 ~ 20mA output signal.

The interface size is based on customer site conditions, processing the corresponding installation size.
